I ordered this a second time for additonal storage (it comes with casters, I just didn't need them at the moment). The first time I ordered, it was perfect! This time, the drawers are crooked so the top one catches and sometimes you gotta give it a good shove to get it to close, but it's doing what it's supposed to do which is store things and files, so there's that ?Pros:- Comes preassembled except for the casters, which makes getting your workspace set up a breeze.- Deep drawers for plenty of storage- Comes with a tray and one file separator that lock into pre-cut notches, which is nice.- Arrived quickly, so not a ton of wait time- Drawer bulls are recessed so you're not gonna bang your shin into 'emCons:- A smidge overpriced- Only the top drawer locks, unlike some other models. If you want to be able to lock the entire cabinet, look elsewhere.- It's a hit or miss if you're gonna get one that was either put together incorrectly.Difficult to unlock without tilting on its side to make the latch clear. Also, customer service voicemail box is full. I was unable to speak with a representative. Emailed challenges with unlocking the cabinet. I have not had a response within 12 hours of email contact.5-star product and shipping time. I am glad I purchased these mobile filing cabinets. They're sturdy, sleek, and exactly what I was looking for in my remodeled office space. I purchased two and received them within a week (from SoCal to NorCal). The packaging was very thorough; units were WELL protected - right up to having metal corner protector pieces around the cardboard.The only downside was that one of the cabinets was missing the two screws that secure the support wheel to the bottom drawer. Me having to make a Home Depot run = one less star, no matter how good the product.I chose not to use the wheels, and the bottom drawer pulls in and out smoothly, even on carpet, without them. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the second drawer does not close or lock. The top drawer slides open on its own, but it may be because it's slightly uneven on the carpeted floor. I may look into adding the wheels to see if that helps.Not being able to "securely" lock all 3 drawers is frustrating, as I could have spent less money on one without a lock and not worried about it. With the expectation of all 3 drawers working properly and locking, and they don't, 3 stars. Overall though, it's mostly functional.Good value for the money. Meets my needs very well.I wanted a straightforward, sturdy filin cabinet for my home office. This one is perfect. It was really easy to assemble and can hold a lot. It's perfect. I lost the keys and customer service has been exemplary. I highly recommend this filing cabinet.I received the file cabinet on time, some assembly is required such as attaching the wheels to the bottom, the instruction was easy to follow. The file cabinet seems sturdy, it is a little smaller than I expected.I really like this little filing cabinet. Small enough to hide under my desk, but still holds a lot of important papers. Plus the lock is easy to use, and keeps little nosy grandbabies out.
