This has different size sections. Some are too small to hold my spice jars. I can fit only six of my spice jars on this (in the original over-the-counter jars that the spices come in). This would not be good to hold much larger vitamin bottles. It may accommodate a number of pharmacy prescriptions if you can get your pharmacist to always use the narrower containers.Rotates well, some of my pill bottles don't fix exactly the lower section. The small bottles work fine the larger one's can only fit on the top, but for my purposes.I am using this, but many bottle types don't fit well. Also, the turntable drags rather than turning easy. Still, it is convenient for an assortment of medicines.My mom uses a lazy susan for her meds and it broke. I thought she’d like this one, and she loves it! Fits just right by her bed and holds everything, the tiered style keeping everything visible to her. Thanks![t is just okExcellent for sorting meds for the family. I wish it would spin a little better.Two side-slots on this turn-table are far too narrow for any shape of bottle to fit in. This item did not work for me for my intended purpose, anyone purchasing this item should be aware that it will not work very well for spice bottles. It also does not spin very well once it has any weight on it.Very Good
