Rather than the mirrored side pcs. that Kohler sells for these particular medicine cabinets (if surface mounted), I went with the dark brown wood panels because they matched our vanity color. These are very easy to install and fit perfectly. I took off one star because of the price which was a tad on the high side on top of the initial cost of the medicine cabinet itself. And, I had two cabinets to do. However, to make my own side panels would have probably cost me more just in materials alone.
