High heat lids are ideal for use in microwaves, steam tables, ovens and hot holding units. Use lid to cover food pan contents and reduce risk of cross contamination. Withstands temperatures from -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C). Measures at 12-3/4 inches long by 10-7/16 inches wide and fits 1/2 size food pans.
