This cabinet is sturdy and functions well and the lock works. I like that I don't have to put a hanging file rack inside to use it. The drawers are molded with a lip to accommodate the hanging file folders. The cabinet was packaged well so that even with some damage on the shipping box, there was no damage to the cabinet.The seller experience was just ok. This cabinet was available from multiple sellers, but I chose this one because they could ship sooner. That isn't what happened. When I contacted them after the original delivery date had passed without receiving a cabinet, they were responsive, but not helpful. The tracking number on my order is not for my shipment. I received the correct tracking information after I contacted them. They pointed out to me the notice on the shippers page about shipping delays. That does not address the incorrect tracking information or why they shipped it later than promised. The seller did not meet my expectations only because they made a promise and did not keep it. It would have been better if they had been honest about the expected shipping and delivery dates up front.
